Fish pieces
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt
Termaric powder
Ginger garlic paste
Lemon
Green chilly
Onion
Coriander
Spring onion
Process:
1. Marinate the fish pieces with kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, termaric powder, ginger garlic paste and squeeze 1 lemon to it and mix it well.
2. Keep that marinated pieces in to refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.
3. Now add some oil to the fry pan and add some oil to it.
4. Add some green chilli 's to it, fry it and then keep them aside.
5. Now add the marinated fish to the fry pan and fry then for some time.
6. Flip the fish pieces gentle, because they will get broke easily.
7. When fish gets cooked, take then them on to a plate and add the fried green chillis and some sliced onion, coriander and spring onion to it. Lastly add lemon juice to like.
